Any cancellation must be completed 30 days prior to arrival date. Check in is at 815 Plantation Rd. Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Regular reservations can check in after 3:00 PM. For late arrivals, please stop by the office the following day between 8:00 and 5:00 PM preferably. Late check in please confirm with Kiva Dunes Reservation staff on proper procedure. Your unit/house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. The cleaning fee is set based upon size of rental. Kiva Dunes has a ZERO tolerance pet policy other than service animals. All properties at Kiva Dunes have Wi-Fi and we ask that you use appropriately. Each property will receive 2 keys. All Kiva Dunes guests will receive a discounted rate on golf, and preferred tee times. Please call 251.540.7001 with any questions.
Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Kiva Dunes is a smoke-free facility. No pets are allowed. The use of grills is prohibited on the balconies of the condos. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent & must be present at all times during the stay. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in immediate eviction and loss of all monies.
